Making a Herbal Toothpaste that is Fun Easy and Inexpensive






Baking Soda Herbal Tooth Paste Recipe:


Note if you run out of toothpaste you can make your own very easily and a lot cheaper than store bought and it’s “HOMEMADE”
Survival Properties: Personal hygiene to sustain a bacteria free hygiene orally. by using some household ingredients.. note if you cannot get peppermint essential oil replace with PURE peppermint extract ( the one you use for baking)but without diluting 



Ingredients:
2 tablespoons coconut oil

3 tablespoons baking soda

1/2 small packet of stevia powder

3-5 drops of pure peppermint oil (diluted with a carrier oil)*

Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl, using a fork.
*Add about half of the amount of peppermint oil to start, and test the toothpaste to see how much you want/like.

*To dilute peppermint essential oil add 2 drops of pure permeant essential oil to 2 oz. of grape seed or olive oil.





If you have sensitive or painful teeth add 1 drop of clove oil diluted* 


For an antibacterial toothpaste add 4 drops of an alcohol based echinacea tincture.

To add antiseptic properties add 2 drops of thyme essential oil diluted*
