Pumpkin Spice Creamer Recipe
This recipe is very simple and inexpensive. You can replace the cream and milk with Non fat dairy creamer if you like or even lactose free dairy.
This recipe can be doubled or tripled by maintaining only 6 tablespoons of pumpkin spice powder.
- You will need:
6 ounces of light cream
4 ounces of low fat milk
4 tablespoons of pumpkin spice powder
4 ounces of hot(not boiling ) filtered water.
2 tablespoons of organic Coconut palm sugar( optional)
8 ounce bowl
Add all of the pumpkin spice powder and hot filtered water to the bowl and mix until COMPLETELY dissolved. this will be between pasty and watery flavoring for the infusion part.
Add to a saucepan the light cream and milk then add 4 tablespoons of the pumpkin spice liquid
mix all together well.
tun on med heat until all is starting to simmer. then lower heat to a low low simmer and cover for 15 minutes. stirring regularly.
This will get the flavors to begin to infuse in the Milk and cream. once complete bottle and refrigerate Use in your coffee lattes or fraps all year.
Notes: Increasing the amount of tablespoons of liquid pumpkin spice will give your creamer a more warm and spicier taste.
