"Green Tea Frap Recipe"
You will need:
- 3 cups of ice cubes
- 3 tablespoons matcha powder
- vanilla syrup
- light cream
Add Matcha powder and syrup mix very well until completely dissolved.
Add 1 cup of whole or nonfat milk and mix well.
Add to blender then add ice 1/2 cup at a time unless you have a Nutra nija or Vitamix (then add all 3 cups at once in same order) until blended smooth.
Add to large cup and add the 1/2 cup of light cream and mix well and enjoy. The light cream brings out the flavor. if you do not have vanilla syrup use 2 -3 tablespoons of organic Coconut Palm Sugar for a more amazing taste.
Making a diabetic flavored syrup:
- Take 1 pint of food grade vegetable glycerine
- Add 2-3 drops of pure vanilla essential oil and 2 heaping teaspoons of Pure vanilla extract.
- Shake well let sit for 2 weeks shaking daily.
